The office is the KibTek building in Kyrenia. You will need contract copies (probably stamped these days) and maybe your Passport. The KibTek office is the street that runs from the crossroads in the one-way system down towards the old harbour.

Shouldn't your builder be doing this or at least helping as I would assume Kib-tec would need some paperwork from them.

Only Builders can have BUILDERS ELECTRIC connected. You can have temporary electric but only when your project has been submitted. Otherwise from our experience you are up the creek without one.

David, what if you build your own home? Ricky, I would go along to the KibTek Office, take a local with you who speaks perfect English and Turkish..

Sorry to hear that but you are in an expanading, and no longer exclusive, club with no one in authority giving a ****. In short term the only alternative I can offer is generator. One question, have you had electric connected and operating or are you trying to get connected for first time? If you have been connected and the plug pulled you may get some sympathy from kib tec.
