my road tax is due 1st july and won't be here do they do it early

only because of late penalties and what else that goes with it as I won't be back till around august and fly out Monday,my other option is to give my log book plus to my car dealer who said he would do it while I am away,however if i can do this before the week end I will thanks for any infor to follow

If the tax runs out on the 31/7 you have until the 30/8 to tax without fines on late payment
