Hi, I am considering buying at Sea Terra Marina and would value your comments on pros and cons. Also does anyone know a reputable estate agency dealing with re-sales at the site? The Little Villa Company have been helpful but have tried Hillcrest (or was it Hillview?) who seem very vague on phone and do not reply to e mails sent to their on screen e mail address. I have been told that about 60 apartments are up for sale presently but not sure how much they are actually selling for. I would be grateful for your views.

Paul

Have you done your homework on buying in the TRNC? Trawl through a few of the threads on this forum to see what I mean.

Hi Pauline,

We have two penthouse apartments at Seaterra Marina. We are currently living in one, while the other is for sale direct from ourselves at 60.000. It is a prime, corner apartment in Block C, and includes white goods and curtains. If this is of interest, or if there is any other information / advice on Seaterra Marina that I can help you with, please get in touch.

Regards, andrewmorgan28@hotmail.com

The site having access problems is Seaterra Bay, not Seaterra Marina.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your reply. As you may recall, we sent you an e-mail about the possibility of renting the apartment. We are hoping to buy a ground floor apartment at some time in the future and are currently looking into this. We just hoped people might respond to give their opinions of living/visiting the Marina site. As with all property purchases you take a chance and some inside information is always helpful.

Kind regards

Paul and Dawn
