This Friday afternoon Saturday and Sunday is the TRNC bikers weekend at Camelot beach. Saturday is the best day when they do all sorts of bike riding competionas etc. If you are a biker or were and have an interest its worth a visit.

hope they don't get too many idoits who think they can ride a bike, like last year and need first aid again. when it shows they can't.

Most probably Sunday but thats the day they ride around the island.

Spider doubt very much that a rocket 111 will be there, but last year were plenty of old British bikes and more newer ones from around the world.

Last year a lovely elderly couple on holiday asked me where there was a nice beach they could walk to (they were staying at Almond H V) I told them to go to Camelot, then read later that day in the paper that it was the Bike festival!!! When I saw them again I apologised but they said they'd had a great time!! Their grandson was into bikes and they'd taken loads of photos for him!!

In any case,there will be alot of us there,some can some cant ride yet perhaps.Or, you could always teach us how to ride as well.If you are expecting to be in a proper RALLY,I'm afraid thats in UK.

What is the cost of admission this year? Did it last year but from what I remember you had to pay for each day.

no i haven't rode a bike in years, after and accident, but that's not wot i was refering to, rocker was one of the senior 112 staff last year, and spent most of the weekend patching up idiots who had fallen of the bikes trying to do wheelies, and showing off, thats not a bike show or rally, thats just bloody stupidity,

It is 20 tl for the weekend.Regardless what day you come,however there is a concert there as well tomorrow (BABUTSA-prickly pear),and also a bike run on sunday to I dont know where.But it realy doesnt matter where,if you fancy, turn up.

You'd be dissapointed if you were to compare the 2.Beleive you me I had attended every rally regardless their sizes in UK, and this one is about 10 times smaller then the smallest in UK.But,give the guys their due,they are trying.It can only get better.

Thanks Yorgozlu - no comparison to the TT your'e right, but it is good to give them some support for putting in the effort. If we are there when it is on in the future we will try to get to the Saturday. Thanks for the reply.
