Message 2 : It does have sea and mountain views. You can see the mountains from anywhere in the gardens but you need to be on the Master Bedroom upper terrace to have sea views (unobstructed).

Had an agent round to inspect our property and my 5 bed villa should really be 7 bedrooms!!

They could put a double bed in my study and another in the storeroom (with no window).



That's estate agents for you.



Now that I've got a 7 bedroomed Villa maybe I should put the price up (that was a joke).

Definately a cypriot thing. I had agents saying the exact same thing when I advertised on here "we have someone interested in this type of property" not had one turn up with a customer yet.

Firstly, here is a link to my place.

Now work it out, 3 donums @ £40,000 per donum in Catalkoy = £120,000 add a pool @ £20,000 = £140,000

So that's £180,000 for a 600 sq.mt. villa. = £300 per sq.mt.

Builders just don't build them for that.

This is just a question to see if there are any buyers out there !!!!!!!!!
