Best Casino Advice Needed

We are currently staying in Esentepe with family and they would to visit a Casino in the Girne area.

Any advice would be appreciated .

Do you need a passport for ID etc etc.

best one with our gang is Jasmine Court.

Take your passports and you will be given a pass card with your photo on it, future visits you just swipe through. Free food and drinks whilst you are playing, also free fags! (hubby smokes)

The staff are really friendly unlike Mercure where we are made to feel like second class citizens! we waited over an hour for a drink, despite four of us playing all night! requests for drinks were ignored, but brought for 'locals' and yes we did complain and got a 'shrug of the shoulders' it never used to be like that, but its changed! x

Also remember no shorts there is a dress code at Jasmine's.

re message 3, last week, women and men at Jasmine Court in shorts and not all the dressy type shorts either, our guys 'dressed up' and felt 'overdressed ' x

Under the impression that you can not go into a casino if you have residency stamps in your passport, is this true or just a local rumour?

You were lucky, we felt like beggars, used to take our visitors there, but not any more.



Service etc at Mercure was good at one time, but not traveling from Esentepe to try it again.



Any reccomendations appreciated.
