Due to lucrative offers in the mainland Turkish Market i am looking for some one who would like to purchase and take over the Zerochlor Brand and product in cyprus.

You would be buying stock and selling rights to my brand for the whole of cyprus.North and South.

Some one with some marketing experience could grow this brand in the whole of cyprus if they wished to work a little harder than i have.I have only scratched the surface here in north cyprus.

Already i have spoke to supermarkets regarding shelf space for my product and all are willing to offer this space.

Those useing zerochlor already have no need to worry,zerochlor product is here to stay.

This business can and will only get bigger.

how do you get on reguarding an English person buying your business? By that I mean what restrictions are in place with regards to a foreigner taking over your business? Would they still have to pay the $100,000 to the government, get a cypriot partner etc, or can you just run it as it is and get a business permit and work permit. Sorry for the questions

1-There are no restrictions for foreighners to have their own bussiness.

2-$100,000 is NOT given to the government,but must be seen in your acc.,and thats only for max couple of weeks.(after that you do what you like with it )

3-A foreighner must also have 15000tl in their own acc. and not use it for 2 years (it can sit there and earn an interest for you)

4-If you have all above you do not need Cypriot partner.

5-After 2 years of having your own CO/bussiness you can apply for citizenship

6-You'll get 2 years work/bussiness permit instead of 1

7-Your wife/husband will get automatic residency.
