After reading comments regarding Sevilla Villas Tatlisu most of the comments have been negative. As owners of a Villa on the site, I must admit we have had a stressful and frustrating wait these last few years.



However there is a plan being put forward for completion, which involves final payments being paid in small amounts to complete the siite. The over all cost is the same as the initial agreement. Because we have been let down many times in the past, some of the owners are quite rightly reluctant to part with the money until final completion.



We are now in a catch 22 situation Sinan needs the money to complete the site, we want the site completed. The money and payments is now being controlled by a solicitor, money only released when jobs are completed. This type of completion with this same solicitor has been succesful on other sites but up to press there are only so many made their payments which leaves the rest of us frustrated. It seems the only way forward now.

Ensure they take photos to ensure progress is being carried out, then send payments ,sorry but do not agree with Advocate or any one else holding money .
