Estate Agent recommendation?

I am hoping to sell my 4 bedroom villa in Alsancak. Anyone sold here and can recommend an agent who would be interested in MY requirements and not the buyers', please?

There are lots of agents who will do a good job for you. Look for the ones who advertise on the major portal websites such as right move and prime location and on the russian websites too, these will be the ones who generate more enquiries and potential buyers. Do a mystery shop on those you are thinking of using and see what sort of service they give to you as a potential "buyer". Go multi agent and lastly remember house prices worldwide have dropped over the last 3 years so have a realistic expectation of the selling price you want to achieve and be prepared to take offers, it is a buyers market at the moment.

Smooth - yes your advice is good, but I need to sell here in TRNC because I have, sadly, to return to UK very soon.



My house is good; my expectations sensible, but the agents don't seem to be interested because I do not have deeds. Other houses on the site have been sold on contract, as none of us have deeds, because the builder is unwilling to give them to us. The likelihood, anyway, is that anyone who buys here now won't have PTP for years anyway!



One of the agents I have talked to - and I'm not willing to name names -says he can't take me on because I don' t have deeds, but he is actively promoting my next door neighbour's cause (their property is almost identical to mine, except that mine has been very much improved and is in much better condition)!!



BTW - multi agency not a viable solution - I can't afford 6% !
