We also got ours this week. For us it's another tick along the way as we still have to wait for our site to be parcelised so that we can get our deeds. It's a small thing but its nice to say we have it now. We applied June 2008. I sent a email to Naomi Mehmets last week to check and got one back by return all done and sorted.

Pleased that you got your ptp rowlo, and pleased to hear you feel for all those who are having a horrible time. Cannot quite understand why ptp takes so long for some buyers when we had ours so quick and our kochan. just lucky me thinks.....

Pleased you have your PTP. I received mine 2 years ago but my villa is still a shell with no windows and has been for the past 5 years whilst the landowner and builder have fallen out and have been arguing between themselves in the Courts for the last 4 years. We have been waiting for their appeal case to be heard since last October and then we will finally know who owns the land. Meanwhile the builder has pocketed all the money, around £2.5 million.
