| Please could anybody tell me the cost of the maintence contract on Evergreen sites as we are buying on crystal bay marina. Tony. |

| We are buying on Crystal Bay Park, and so far nobody has told us what they are, the site is nearly finished, have talked to other evergreenies when we were over, and they all seem to vary!!

We have bought at Aphrodite in Guzelyurt and the maintenance fees are £50 per month

| I am surprised that the cost of your monthly maintenance fees are not stated clearly in your contract otherwise what is to stop the developer charging £100 per month or whatever he feels he can get away with? |

Our maintenance charges on CBV work out (including VAT) to be £640 per year. There is also a £400 float to be paid to Lynx which pays for communal electric and other utilities.
The maintenance fees are set by Lynx and not Evergreen, although they do get a percentage.
So far we are very happy with the service Lynx provide, and they are keeping us updated of progress on site. They appear to be a professional outfit and so far have done a good job at CBV.
Once you are up and running, will provide you with a link to their website which will eventually show what your money is being spent on with a monthly report.
They also update the website with recent pictures of each site they maintain.
