A friend asked me to post this, any questions please call Huseyin on 0533-8694491/0392-7432484 he is the owner.

Turkish title , 2 bedroom bungalow on 1/2 a donum plot. There is room to extend or put in a pool. Electricity, water and landline telephone connected. The garden has fruit trees and a garage.

Located in Goceri village, which is mid way between Girne and Lefkosa. There are no army bases close by so ptp should not be an issue. The owner will guarentee the kochan which is in his name at present.

He is selling for 60k gbp which includes all furniture at the bungalow as he is relocating.
