Could any one give good recomendations for the following type of works,



1) Waterproofing flat patio roof



2) Bricking up old wall banger hole and render



3) Sanding and varnishing / painting of window shutters



4) Painting of whole villa



5) New kitchen installation



and on another note if i want to build ontop of a sun room ( Concrete structure ) as an extension to a bedroom do i need planning permission?
