visa to TRNC for russian citizens

Hi, I bought property in North cyprus, I am russian citizen, and I d like to know how can I get visa to TRNC. I have indefinite live in UK. Before when I was flying, I had visa to south cyprus, and crossed the border from there, but now I don t really want to apply for south cyprus visa again. I heard you can actually obtain north cyprus visa directly at Ercan airport. what should I show, my property contract? And I don t really want my passport beeing stamped. When I crossed the border from Larnaca, they put visa on a separate paper. Do they do the same in Ercan airport? And if my mother wants to fly as well, shall she show the contract even if it s not on her name or they don t ask any questions, or even if they ask can she tell my daughter bought a property and I am staying with her?

It is exactly the same as when you crossed from South to north. You fly into Ercan airport and when you go to the passport control, fill in the white piece of paper with your details and ask them to stamp that, you normally get 1 month on a russian passport but if you ask nicely you can sometimes get 3 months if you need it.

Hello , one more question I d like to ask, do they ask for the purporse of stay at the airport, or just give you visa?

We have never been asked so I am sorry I can't advise you on that one.



Just tell them you are on vacation and if you have return flight tickets it would be easier.
