Would any kind Cypruss 44 member enlighten a property owner on the Karpaz with the details of new build policy on the Karpaz - as reported in reported in the Cyprus Today please. How is it being linked into the Cyprob talks?

Once construction starts, the land will not be returned to the GCs - prime development opportunities. They'd sell their grannies for financial gain.
