Due to unfortunate closure of Rumours in Ozankoy the wednesday quiz is now at the Five Fingers Bar and Restaurant just around the corner. It will follow the same format 2tl to enter and a bowl of soup. 40 questions plus an additional 10 questions. the winners of the first 40 questions wins two thirds of the entrance money and the winners of the last 10 questions win the other third. followed by play your cards right and a game of lucky 13s. So why not come along and enjoy the fun and friendly atmospere. who knows you could be a winner.Good luck to the gang at rumours in the future.

Not surprised, went there for lunch, we were the only ones there apart from the owner who was more interested in his pint than us, had a quick beer & went to the Five Fingers & had a nice lunch & chat with Alex

sad. it was a good bar/restaurant with exceptional staff

who really worked hard to keep the business going whilst

the OWNER is in the uk undergoing chemotherapy for a very

real life threatening illness.

Occasionally all establishments can be very quiet especially

at lunchtimes with the temperatures that we have been

suffering these last few weeks.

Many thanks to the staff...andrew, brian, shona,ray,ken,fran,

david and the funny little fella who turned up on Tuesdays,

Thursdays and Fridays who tried his best for Steve's sake to

keep the business going. Keep well Steve.we all want to see

you back here again.

This is really sad news we always enjoyed the food at Rumours and the quiz nights to. Really sorry to hear you are closed you all worked so hard to make a go of it.



Hope Steve is well and this hasn't affected him in any way, I remember how pleased and proud he was when he told everyone that he now owned the place.



All the best to everyone there your hard work and dedication was appreciated.

As per the other post, there has been some confusion over where the quiz is being held. As soon as Rumours closed we were asked to continue the quiz at the Five Fingers and that is what we will do.

Obviously some people have now organised a quiz elsewhere, but we will have the original format as above. See you there!!
