Neptune Pools. Do you recommend them or not

Neptune pools installed our pool equipment and are looking for us to sign a maintenance contract.

There is very little on this site about them so I am keen to hear of comments as to whether they are any good.

I would also like to know how long they have been trading.



They quote £750 for a 12 month contract and guarantee to repair or replace any faulty equipment that goes wrong after the contract is signed. This is on an 8X4 pool.

you should always get quotes from more than one company, if you would like a none chlorine pool then please contact us as our parent company is zero chlore. If you use this forum you will see that we have a excellant reputation.

Hi jim80, we swopped to neptune pools last year and have found that out of the pool companies we have used in the past they are by far the best, they do replace any pump and things that go wrong and soon put things right.

If pool becomes a little cloudy, one email to Kristina and its solved.... Where as in the past other pool companies have cost us more.



Last winter was a bad one with pump houses being flooded, they kept a good eye out on ours and cleaned our pool that had a lot of mud washed into it.... No grumbles from us so far after 1 yr....

I have always received good service from Neptune. The most important thing for me is that they are easy to contact and there is no language problem.

sounds a very good contract if all repairs are included in the yearly price of £750 if anything goes wrong.

We used them for repairs to our pool and the service and attention to detail was very good.
