hi all



i need the emergency phone numbers for the police fire brigade ambulance and coast guard





** i have some lunatic shining a torch light thru the windows :(

also seen what i have to assume was a bomb going off in turkey.. was far enough away and massive orange light that disappeared as quick as it came



the rest of the numbers are just in case

i think what you saw towards turkey ive seen myself,but i thought it was some kind of lightening.



As for the torch,im sure his battery will pack up soon

im home myself, my sons asleep and would like to keep it that way

the red glare is what i seen but i will swear on a bible it was like a bomb had gone off or an explosion of some kind



first few were about an hour ago

but im more concerned with the menace in the garden

Knock on the window and ask him for his cell number,send it me and il give him a call and see what he is up too in your garden



on a serious note,i think the police number is 119 or 911



to be honest,im guessing.



some 1 here should know the police number

im in kayalar ive tried phoning my mum but shes prone to not hearing her phone



its ok thanks was just a bit worried think whoever it was has moved on.

hate open plan houses!



i seen it never heard anything though

was a white flash as if in the water and an orange glare and could see the outline of the mountains and didnt last long at all. had been sitting out the back at the time so came in and turned the garden lights out to see if there were any more .. 2 followed.. that was fine but the eejit snooping around gave me a fright x

zerochlor theres no need for that.. the house were in is at the cliff edge and regularly see boats .. in the event of a flare at night we'll see it and would like to be able to help

Every week the numbers are printed in Cyprus Today... keep the page handy. Plug the really important numbers into your mobile so you don't have to look them up.

Another good idea is to have a car breakdown recovery number in your mobile.

Preferably from the garage that services your car, or someone they can recommend.

Heard some horror stories, huge bills for recovering your car :-(
