Electric bills with new electronic meter

Has anyone who has had one of the new electronic meters received an electric bill? Ours was changed last month. Previously we have always had our meter read on the 1st or 2nd of each month. We haven't yet received this months bill.

Do they still deliver the bills? Or are they sent by post (if so we may never receive it)?

Our electric bill is due this week,last month when the new meters were read all but two of the

apartments (10 in total) the bills read 112tl,so waiting in anticipation as to what happens this month.

As to how to read them sorry not a clue

new meters were fitted in Tatlisu area last month. Gates these were not new connections. Kibtek have been taking out meters & replacing them with new electronic ones.

Yes we have had a recent bill and our new meter was fiitid in September . Hope this helps !!

We have had one of the new meters now for over 6 months and no problems with the bills although at the beginning we paid credit for our electric as the information from the old meter had to go to Lefkosa and it took a while to sort out so rather than wait and get a big bill we paid our usual amount on credit.



Go into the electric office in Girne and into the side office and they will explain it to you there (we found out by asking there as no-one tells you anything)



We can't read the meters either but have to say that our bills which are pretty stable have all been okay up to know anyway.
