not sure pugwash, its one of delia smith's recipes which calls for 'flaky pastry' (making eccles cakes)

Yes you can. It is normally in the frozen section and is in strips with a picture of the puff pastry. If you go to Lemar in Karakum then you will find it in the standup freezers near the burgers.

You could also use filo pastry and layer it up with butter in between each slice?

Mille foy is the same as puff pastry not flaky pastry its completely different better to make it your self. Google it for a recipe

I've always used puff pastry for making eccles cakes. I get perfect results.
