Looks like it's going to be colder than normal for this time of year.

I have family hoping to use our apartment from the middle of next May for two weeks, what will the temps be like then? and will there be a chill in the evening?

End of May is a great time. Swimming pools are fully usable. You may need a light jumper for the evenings, but probably not!

Going to be chilly tonight in TRNC i think as i can see the turkish mainland and it usually gets cold then but the days are still wonderful and warm.

They are lying - must be Greek propaganda machine on internet to put people off from travelling to N. Cyprus!

Nicosia is always the coldest place in North Cyprus because it is inland, and Limassol usually hovers arouns the same temperatures as Girne. I just checked and they are giving high/low temperatures at night as 5-6 degrees higher for Limassol! Below are the daytime temps for all on Monday 15th (from the same source);

Kyrenia 15 will feel 14; Limassol 19 will feel 19; Nicosia 17 will feel 17; Larnaca 18 will feel 18... You would think we are not on an island 45 miles wide North to South but on some continent where the temperatures can drop by 2-4 degrees every 20 miles!!!

I have used Accuweather for some time and, although it is quite accurate for up to a week, I find that it changes the forecast as you get nearer the time. Kyrenia has already changed to 17 deg, real feel 17 and low ... 6, real feel 4. Keep a watch as the 15th approaches and I am sure it will change a lot. (Hope so, as this is when I am coming back for my winter sunshine!)

Hi Sheila,had beautiful weather over the weekend,think it feels colder at night because of the warmth of the day.Yes,Accurist gives min 25 deg in day,15 deg at night.

Today I had a siesta,topless in the garden,and sweated !!!
