| I have loads of lemons on my tree is it better to pick them and try to store them or leave them on the tree and just pick them when i need to? |

| Leave them on the tree for God's sake! They last a lot longer on the tree at this time of the year. only pick enough for two days later - if you leave them for two days, they get juicier! If you have a lot, then try making lemon squash! Alternatively extract the juice and fill up a litre bottle, put it in the fridge and you have your months supply (or more) of lemon juice for salads... |

| Cut them up put them in the freezer and use in your G&T better than watering down your drink ! |

| mikelapta If you come back to the UK at all get a juicer fdrom Argos. One of my kids bought me one and I bought it out to TRNC and use it every time I am there. You make it to your own taste adding water and sugar. I dont add the water until I get it out of the fridge when I want to drink some. Then everyone can sweeten to their taste.If you dont have any lemon trees might I suggest Ya Belles which is where I go for lemons or oranges for juice. |

| My recipe is Put a whole lemon into blender Add water Sweetner to taste if needed , and blitz Easy and delicious I sometimes use half the water and top up with soda water Simbas |
