Leave them on the tree for God's sake! They last a lot longer on the tree at this time of the year. only pick enough for two days later - if you leave them for two days, they get juicier! If you have a lot, then try making lemon squash! Alternatively extract the juice and fill up a litre bottle, put it in the fridge and you have your months supply (or more) of lemon juice for salads...

Cut them up put them in the freezer and use in your G&T better than watering down your drink !

If you come back to the UK at all get a juicer fdrom Argos. One of my kids bought me one and I bought it out to TRNC and use it every time I am there. You make it to your own taste adding water and sugar. I dont add the water until I get it out of the fridge when I want to drink some. Then everyone can sweeten to their taste. If you dont have any lemon trees might I suggest Ya Belles which is where I go for lemons or oranges for juice.

My recipe is

Put a whole lemon into blender

Add water

Sweetner to taste if needed , and blitz

Easy and delicious

I sometimes use half the water and top up with soda water
