These sites are owned by the 'Wellington Estates' Company, the same company who are selling villas in Karsiyaka with no building permits, electric or water infrastructure - are these sites going to be any different. They are asking for investors, what a joke, I have invested £2000 in the Karsiyaka site on plot 9 yet I have had no return yet!!!!! Stay well clear, keep your hard earned cash in your pocket or find a reputable company to buy from.

Mickey Rourke if you can't post anything worth reading please don't bother responding to any of my postings, if £2000 is so menial to you why don't you halp a worthwhile cause and give some money to the Animal rescue, my money is hard earn't and I don't like being ripped off!!!! Anyway just to bring to peoples attention please note Wellington Estates Website has been updated with some new properties, I am warning everyone considering buying STAY WELL CLEAR, read all the posts and comments on Wellington and you will see people are being ripped off. No Electricity, no building permits etc - DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!!!!

trace its painful for anyone to throw away £2K who was advising you? was an estate agent involved if so who? did you use a legal rep to pass the money on? I must confess I thought I had lost money when I agreed to purchase through North Cyprus International. The sales guy Tim Cheetham (not an ideal name for an agent I think) was very very helpful but the development got caught up in planning issues. Jamie the MD of NCI had no hesitation in refunding my holding deposit so well done NCI.

Thanks pipie for message 7. I wonder if anyone else has any good reports on agents such as my experience with NCI?

rtddci - Lesley Hardy runs Wellington Estates from UK but no-one seems to know who else is involved as the named persons on the contact list all deny being associated with them. I was informed of this from the PIO office. Have you all seen the new posting on how Hardy is trying to sell his properties, if not have a look how sad and low can anyone go????
