Dont do it!

Its really hard to do here because meat is so expensive, and for it to work, it has to be a long term thing. Can you really go months without any bread, rice, pasta even too much milk in your coffee sets you back days as it only works when your body goes into ketosis. Thats using your own fat for your energy.

As soon as you want salad, fruit, veg and bread..you'll put twice as much back on.

Seriously, it worked for me in the uk, but here, I ended up weighing more than when I started!!

If you really want to give it a go you can find it online.

Oh...and it makes your breath stink like an old bin!

I really doubt if this is for you but do you want the New diet revolution or do you want some atkins recipes, I think I can send you either or both as an online version, just let me know which or both.

If you are after the actual book to give to someone else as I believe then I can't help, sorry.

haha, yeh I heard about the breath problem, tried accessing online but only get small sample induction menu and limited info, want to read all about it first.

Im really trying to cut down on gluten and wheat anyway and from what ive read you can still have salad, veg and fruit but have to aviod certain ones.

This diet has been proven to work though as soon as you introduce carbs into your diet the weight piles back on. Best way to eat is six small meals a day with calorie counts between 250 - 300. Mix this with regular water intake through the day ( 8 Glasses ) and moderate exercise and the weight will drop at a rate of between 1 - 2 pounds a week.

I lost over a stone and a half in 6 weeks as i was doing high intensity workouts and the weight stays off as long as i don't over indulge when i visit TRNC ;o)

Why move to Cyprus for a contrived diet when a gallon of beer, a couple of kebabs, a packet of fags and a swim in the warm sea waters per day would suffice any over-weight issues!
