New Year, new years resolution to get fit without too much effort, but with alot of fun. Join Chris in her Salsa-cise classes, a combination of both Latin dance style and aerobics move. The two are combined together to create a fun and lively cardiovascular workout. Every wednesday 10am to 11am at Girne Rehabilitasion Centre, by the first roundabout, on right, going up to Bellapais.

This was a great fun way to exercise. About 30 ladies attended, the moves seemed gentle to the salsa movements but now my tummy muscles are hurting from all that hip swaying and wiggling! We finished with some Turkish dance moves. I hope that extra days can be found for additional classes. 3TL from each attendent goes towards the Girne Rehab Centre as so do the profits from the teas and coffees afterwards. Watch out in Cyprus Today soon and see the photos!! For those who could not make it, please come along and try it, you can work at your own pace so great for all ages. Thank you Chris (the instructor).

Jodienjon, bring the baby along in the pram, baby will get alot of attention, and there is another room baby can go in, attached to hall.

Thanks Chris, really enjoyed your first session. Had to leave promptly because of Turkish lesson but will definitely be back next week. Hope you will have another class on different day as I didn't like having to rush away. Really good fun and look forward to next one.

Due to demand I will now be running two classes of Salsacise per week.

Every Monday from 17th Jan. at 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

Every Wednesday at 10am - 11am at the Girne Rehabilitation Centre.
