Part way up just through Yerierinkoy is Hasans place at Balci beach. Lovely little coved beach, faces the sunset, good food and good clean basic accom'. Its about 40mins from the tip.

ive stayed at hasans and had a really good time.

fresh fish cooked from the barbie, the best sheftali you will ever taste and a great breakfast.

cost 75tl per night inc breakfast.

the accomodation is very basic, its a shed with a shower and clean double bed.the shacks are 100m near the beack in the dunes.

burhans is also a nice place, bit more upmarket as most of the huts are new, they look like swiss cabins.nice batheoom, flushin loos and memory foam matresses.

again ,on the beach.

youll find this just before hasans place, this one was 90tl inc breakfast.

I also recommend Hasan's place at Balci Plaza.

Good food, staff and Hasan's English is excellent.

And the private beach is a bonus

stephan48.........The Hasans place that bigjuss mentions is not THE Hasans place at Balci Plaza. We would definately recommend Balci Plaza.

Its the Balci Plaza one I was on about. The apartments are two storey and basic but very comfy.

There is another Hasans further up with wooden chalets on the beach. They are very basic but can be great fun to stay in, especially if you are turtle watching. By basic, the last time I was there the loo was the little hole in the ground, but they are clean. No air con but at the right time of year they are fab for somewhere different to stay.

No doubt about it. Balgi Plaza is a superb place and we would never stay anywhere else.

Hasan, the owner, is so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for him and there is a fridge and little hob, also, if you asked him he would put a microwave in for you. There is also an electric kettle and a tv.

We have never been uncomfortable staying there and the food is delicious.

Hope you enjoy it.
