How terrible, maybe they thought you would work a little more, as is this not what your paid for ? Or was it a facebook account to promote your work place ?

In my view if staff are accessing facebook when they should be working this is tantamount to stealing. The trouble is that many employees (not all) look for what they can get out of a job rather than what they can put in.
