English Language Course Level 1 (for obtaining a visa)

The immigration laws have changed, and now anyone wishing to live in the UK (non EU persons) are required to take an exam, before they can even apply for a visa.



This has to be taken in Turkey (at the moment).



Does anyone know, where in Turkey.......and does anyone have a phone number or email address.



The High Commission are unhelpful, and just say go on-line..........I've spent hours trying to find out where this can be taken, I've only come up with London and Tokyo so far !!!!



Please can anyone help ????
