we are looking at propertys in north cyprus a few names keep coming up for builders (greatstone) is one and the other is carrintons has any one got any info on both please

Our Villa in Essentepe is being built by Greatstone and should be complete in October. We have had no problems with them.

We are having a villa built by Greatstone in Esenteppe, although early stages yet, (ready Jan 2009) they have been very accommodating when we asked if we could change rooms/bathrooms around.



Their website is http://www.greatstonecyprus.com its alittle out of date but worth having a look if you want to see their previous work and what experience they have and who they are.

Tenas Construction built our property in Esentepe, superb result built on time and completed to very high standard. We certainly would recommend them. Builder's name Ali Yemenci genuine guy. Tends to build individual properties rather than mass production. good luck on your project and nice to see positive comments on builder's.

Can recommend cypriothomes.com . Hakan the owner is a local guy, solvent and only takes on small projects. He introduced me to my Turkish neighbours, who made me a fantastic cup of tea (and so friendly) and Hakan intepreted my conversation with them. He also personally took me to the electricity office to set the electric up. I am so glad he was there because it was a bit of an ordeal.



My agent has also been great. Peter called me everyday whilst I have been in TRNC to make sure everything was okay and to see if he could organise anything for me.

troy lake built our villa in iskele , we are very happy had no problems,They have a london office so communication was easy.can highly recommend

Best I,ve seen by far New Villas International Isekele/Bogas, first class product and after service, gardening,maintenance etc. Take a look at their website

Have read these forums for several years, especially more established ones and never heard anything but praise for Greatstone - some very happy customers out there.
