My Double glazed windows were shot, ie they letting in condensation and cold air, What is the Turkish translation for shot windows?

There is no Turkish word, that I know of, for "shot" windows. Double glazing in this part of Cyprus has been introduced for extensive use, less than a decagde ago, and is an import invention that requires new terminology. In simple English, I do not think they have anything official in Turkish vocabulary yet. And if any, it will probably be a slightly different version but still an imported technical term from English or French.

If you wish to explain to the guy in the shop. Just copy what I have written below and show him - they'll understand exactly what the problem is:

"Çift cam (aralıklı) izolasyon pencerelerimde kaçak var. İçeriye soğuk hava akımı girebiliyor, ve içten (iki cam arasında) buğulaşma oluyor."
