Has anyone else received email ref bill for landscaping on the Crystal Bay site? Interested to know if you think the costs are fair. I am flying out tomorrow and will be checking this through with solicitor when I arrive as it was not something that had been mentioned to me before.

We got back from Cyprus on Friday, eventually, due to the XL airlines chaos, only to be met with an email requesting £580 for landscaping! not mentioned to us when we were out there for a week and had met the Developer on three occasions! There is no mention of this in the contract so not sure what to do next?

hi all, we have had ours as well just cant afford it at mo i am out of work now just managed to pay lynx the other week, i thought all the money we paid lynx over a £1000 would of included this.. let us know what happens please. cheers
