Just heard the Aeria bar (Metins) in Lapta has closed ,can anyone throw any light on this , I hope this is not the case as this is a great bar and Metin is a gentleman.

I don't know what the notice on the door says, but Metin did go to England a couple of weeks ago for a holiday.

I have spoken to Metin, and he has closed because his overheads have become to expensive,thats such a pity one of the best guys you could meet.

We've enjoyed Metin's hospitality for nearly two years,and have always

been made most welcome, treated almost as family and are so very sad

to read that the bar has now closed.

To those of you like Littlenige and others who speculated on the reasons

for the closure,why not come along and face the man, with your far out

theories of ex wife cruelty and extortion.

I'll bet most of you will "bottle' it !

Metin has left the bar but a lovely new couple will be taking over as from tonight. Metin will be there tonight and for the next few evenings to help with the transition. Your continued support will be beneficial to all involved!

Where on this thread has anyone stated that Mehtin has done either of these allegations. All that was said was "problem with wife apparently"? It is these later exagerated comments that start the gossip mongers off. Best this thread is closed now for Mehtins stake.

If coming from Karsiyaka through Lapta strip ,

you reach the Hut then you turn right almost immediatly,take the first right after about 400 mtrs,the Aeria bar is 100 mtrs on the right

Life is good, I have a good life a good wife and am more than happy.



I have lived 8 years longer than my mother have a mainly ill free life , unlike my dad who was very ill for 50 + years so what the heck have I got to be unhappy about.



Can not wait till my wife is 100 I have ordered her 20 tubes of ky jelly from ann summers.................
