On the lies front call me Dave the prime minister was on Tv today

he said that only 1 in 10 of all police are on the beat

So we work 240 days a year allowing for weekends and holidays + 8 days bank holidays fact

At any one time 65% of the staff are available to work

Oh and then there's the fact that they are operational 24 hours a day 3 shifts

So 1 in three is a nearer number on the beat

Unfortunately you have to interview the criminals to lock them up

I am not a lover of the police and their bombastic attitude in general Dave should stick to trying to work out the right way to claim his expenses
