MISSING PERSON

Hardworking (except during lunch times)

Sense of humour (an absolute must)

Experienced in office work (including the sacred art of Tea making !)

Intelligent (...ish)

Friendly (animal/human - although the "human" aspect takes second place)

IT literate (unlike some of us)

Calm (until the frenzy takes over)

Thick skinned (for bouncing off the criticisms)

Ability to deal with enquiries ( as well as demands/insults/threats and the occasional show of appreciation)

Enjoy knowing that you are making a difference (although it often doesn't feel like it)

ARE YOU OUR MISSING OFFICE ANGEL?



Volunteers are needed to help in the Kyrenia office - 1 day per week (more if you are mad !) and to hopefully provide absence cover (whilst the exisiting Office Angels are away having their Therapy).

my neighbour seems to have all these qualities. You mention the Kyrenia office but do not say whether you are an estate agent or a dogs home. It might be helpful to know what you do or does it have to be kept a secret?

Good luck with your search - lots of views for the post but not many responses i expect. Few people will actually give up just their time but many will still want others to solve the problems for them.

Nice to see so many views but sadly no response. The heading worked just no Angels were reading it !

Hamish, the neighbour I was speaking of is Gillian and she already works in the shop, office or wherever she is needed so she is already one of your angels.



Finally got to turf out all my wardrobes and take it to Kar this morning. I have been meaning to do it for months and now I have lots of empty coathangers so no more doubling up!

Hello, I Have no Angle Wings, more like little Horns,but I can answer a phone (very nicely) and think I could put up with anything that come my way, Oh' I forgot I would have to give the boss notice(My Husband) and I would only be able to start Mid April, (I will try to get the boss to join me as well, as he is good at the T/Coffee bit,but no fancy things like Cappuccino etc, I am IT(ish) as long as I don't damage my nails!!! Do I need to do a training course? the boss thinks he might need training. If we are successful for the position let us know within 10day's, otherwise we will know we are not the Missing Person.

I am interested in helping, but would have to work around my hubby's job.

He is away for a month at a time, which is when I would be available, but then he is home for a month, when I would not be, as I want to spend time with him.

Would you be ale to call the office (0533 8694098) next week or email them kar@kyreniaanimalrescue.org to arrange an office visit. I am sure the existing Angels will want to talk to you to let you know what you may be letting yourselves in for ha ha.
