Max, wasn't it the Isley Brothers who sang 'This Old heart of Mine'?

Peter, you are right of course. I prefer the Isley Brothers version though - what about you?

Hi Bill, the Artistics is a different song with the same title!

Sticking with the Isley's classic, have you heard Tami Terrel's cover version? In my opinion it's just as good.

Lil, I have a copy of the Walker Brother's Greatest Hits. Not sure that it fits on the Soul Train, but I'll copy for if you want?

Gill, I agree with you, and do play Wilson Pickett tracks periodically. My favourite by him is the 'Land of a thousand dances' what's yours & I'll play for you.

Max. I've searched You Tube for the Tami Terrel version and can't find it. Do you have a link to the version?

Hi Max

Well of course In the midnight hour but also his soul version of Hey Jude and the late Solomon Burke's Everybody needs somebody to love. Any one would be just great. Thanks

Gill
