Hi all, we have holiday apartment on Esentepe seaside.

Iwant to advertise it for rent, but do not know which UK website is the best for it.

And more important - is it works?

Have someone did it before?

Or is there any other good way?

Owners Direct is probably the most popular one and seems to generate quite a lot of bookings for friends of mine.

Ditto Holidaylettings and Holidayrentals

You have to put some effort in yourselves both in relation to setting up your webpage and dealing with enquiries as well but over 4 years they have all been worthwhile

You also need a good agent and contact details for transfers and car hire

Advertising in 'The Lady' worked, as 'mature' people have the time and available finance to holiday throughout the year; aren't restricted to school holidays.
