Best Travel agent to use for Istanbul weekend trip from North Cyprus?

We come over often as a group with kids, and fancy doing a weekend from North Cyprus to Istanbul for a long weekend on our next month long visit (whilst grandparents look after the kids). Any help appreciated including good hotels and locations to stay (4-5 *) and sights to see. I am not being lazy I always look through the guides but always better from anyone who has done it. Many thanks if you could help.

very good English and she is so helpful. We use them wherever we travel.
