| Ibuprofen....tablets .as long as you are not asthmatic ....Heat pads at night, and gentle movement....No strenuous lifting Etc.....  |

| How about ringing or visiting the new Orchid Therapy Centre on the new Girne by-pass. Part of Neo Park with Tike Restaurant next door. At the junction opposite Ecik premier.
I went for back treatment after an accident damaging my spine and ribs with after effects. Great treatment. Now I just go for my hair. A very upmarket and professional establishment; and the latest equipment.

| Can thoroughly recommend the physiotherapist at Girne Rehabilitation Centre (Cheshire Homes) on the Bellapais Road. It's 70 TL for an hour. |
