| Geoff You can buy exchange land / tmd , which is high risk , but expats can't buy safe Turkish land . Makes you wonder what the goverment has in mind Keep their Turkish land . For themselves and let the lottery of other title deeds be sorted out in a settlement |

| I cannot actually envisage that many ex-pats have £230,000 to spend on a plot of land anyway! |
