The price is 230 000 GBP.

Pity an expat can't get the title deed for this if he/she bought it (being pre-74 Turkish deed).

You can buy exchange land / tmd , which is high risk , but expats can't buy safe Turkish land .

Makes you wonder what the goverment has in mind

Keep their Turkish land . For themselves and let the lottery of other title deeds be sorted out in a settlement

I cannot actually envisage that many ex-pats have £230,000 to spend on a plot of land anyway!

Yes I know and probly locals as well . Never understood why house prices have come down and land prices haven't
