The third Heart and Soul Expo is due to take place Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th May 2011 at Acapulco Resort Catalkoy.

I thoroughly enjoyed the event last year and recommend it wholeheartedly to all who have an interest in such ... lovely people there and a nice afternoon out.

Well, I'll be ....! First time I hear when one has to pay for an exhibition!!! What next? Door to door salesmen knocking at your door, asking for a fee to promote their product/service???

You would normally pay for such! ie the ideal home, MBS in london this May and probably more but I cant be bothered to google them! Yes.....I know this is not the UK, but this is the norm!

10 Tl is ok. People have to organise the event, pay for the large hall and cover the costs so that many can enjoy the event.

All exhibitions in TRNC are free as they all should be! Afterall costs of organising an event should be paid by the stands taking part (as in paying for ads) - I am assuming that this is a promotio/advertising activity for general services that go on for the rest of the year.

They have similar in the south and one has to pay to go in there, to which I object. Why? Because I go out of curiosity on several different levels and there could well be nothing of interest to me there at all, whereas if I wander around any of the markets here (or as yesterday at Essentepe for tthe fun Run) I can see what people are offerng.

However, there are certain freebie talks at the H & S so maybe it could be an idea to get people to pay for those instead of admission. But I am not in charge. You need an answer from the organisers. and yes, many of the stalls are there to promote themselves, although I was a little perplexed lasty year to see a stall advising on the correct fitting for a bra. I searched my soul for an aanswer to that, but couldn't find it within!
