Is this house 1 of 2 on a small private road sort of opposite rafters turning,1 villa is at the top of the private road,and another sort of below it on the right going up the road?

Correct, we had thought we had sold it but the buyer pulled out at the last minute! Its the top one (elivated) for sale.
