| Out of seven or eight buttons we simply use "Micro" for heating and "Defrost" for defrosting frozen food without actually cooking it. with "defrost" the microwave heating comes on and off at rapid intervals so as to give time to the food to spread the heat and thus avoid cooking. So for heating food left overnight you shoul heat it by having it on "micro" or something similar for about two minutes. Depending on the result you can adjust the time for next heating. ismet |
