There are not many villas in Turtle Bay, (and most are not damp, including my apartment!)

Mostly there are 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

distance to sea and supermarket, private pool 7 X 11, direct from owner, availliable from June 30 th.

Why did you state that many residences on Turtle Bay have damp. It is common sense that the person who wishes to rent would be able to identify anything untoward when viewing.

It did not need you to point this out unless you need to push your own letting services, which is probably nearer the truth !!

Yep. Still on the payroll, well sort of, on a commission/consultant basis. Earning pretty steady income thanks. Got a few rentals myself that are doing quite nicely.

I do agree that some units are drying out nicely, but some of the apartments have a way to go. I understand that all is in hand and that you are encouraging progress.

Rentals are a bit slow but good luck to whomever is trying their hand.
