These sessions are very popular -where I am in south london our community centre has been running one for months now and its almost standing room or wiggling room only- even in depths of winter condensation is pouring down the windows - good luck.

I understand there will also be men only classes, as follows:



Monday - Beer drinking course. How to drink more and spill less.

Tuesday - Nut scratching course. How to do this in public, acting as if you are unaware you are doing it.

Wednesday - Belching course. This may be moved to Mondays and rolled into the beer drinking course.

Thursday - Nasal hair removal course. How to to do this without making your eyes water.

Friday - Passing wind in mixed company course. Bring a dog to blame.

Saturday - Removing wedged underpants from arse-crack course. How to do this tastefully and without losing the thread of your conversation.

Are there any other men only courses we can lay on?

We have been asked about toilet etiquette but other than leaving the seat up and the toilet un-flushed, we're not sure there is much more to know.
