Whats the average cost please

Could anyone advise me on the average cost for a site gardener to maintain a 50 apartment site a lot of which is down to gravel and easy to maintain plants, also what is the average cost per month of pool maintenance on a medium/large size pool.

Hi Bazzagirl.



A 8x4 non Chlorine pool would be £55 per month inclusive of all chemicals without the use of chlorine.



A 10x5 would be £65 per month.



2 visits per week in the summer months,1 visit per week in winter months.



Also you would be able to use the backwash water from the pool on your gardens.



We would need to look at the garden to offer a costing.

Message 2: I think the prices you're quoting are for domestic pools! The enquiry is for pool maintenance on a site with 50 apartments so I would think that the pool is going to be somewhat larger than the usual 8 x 4 pond!
