I wonder if this is indeed the case though, have the Oramses been fully compensated as yet and been provided additional property ??



Taken from the letter in Muscat daily paper

"The Orams case referred to was not concerning pre-74 internationally recognised property. This case concerned a British couple that had mistakenly built a house in the garden of an existing post-74 dwelling and which it was ruled they had to demolish in order to restore the property to its previous state and owner.



However, the house is still standing and the couple has been fully compensated by the TRNC government (who underwrite all title deeds in the North) and provided additional property."
