| We have a 2 bedroom apartment in Girne. 325 stg per month, communal swimming pool, fully furnished. Close to town centre. We also have 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment in Lapta for 275 stg per month. Large communal gardens and swimming pool. | We have a 2 bedroom apartment on Turtle Bay Village Esenteppe about 15 mins drive from Girne centre. The site has a lot of facilities including 6 pools. | Back to the top, friend does not want to go as far as Esenteppi. Girne - Catalkoy( Karakum, Dogankoy, Ozankoy and Catalkoy).

| Isn't it a bit scary doing this yourself? Surely an agent will do it better if you find the right one.
Probably safer - you will need some documentation for the let. Your properties must be protected (and your income). I know its hard but trust a professional. Lydia at Wise Properties first class and honest. |

We have a fully furnished apartment, with pool which will be available from 5 July. The apartment is situated very close to the Pia Bella hotel and all local amenities.
