The end result is still the same so cut out the middle "person" and get on with it.

On a more thread direct point, why can't you advertise for an attractive manageress. If I want an engineer to work for me I ask for engineers, if I want a baker for my business I ask for a baker, if I run a business which predominantly has drunken letches like me as the customer, I would certainly want to have an employee that will bring them to my business and not make them go to another establishment because they do have the attractive staff.

i lived in ftlauderdale florida for 20 years [just 10miles north of miami] home of Hooters where all the waitresses seem to be 18-20 and stunning .. i used to get a buzz out of this donut [ or doughnut shop if you are a brit] where the waitresses were all totally TOPLESS !!... yes topless ,, serving up DOUGHNUTS !!!! there was a huge sign on the wall above the doughnut racks whicjh said quote..... IF you like our T.....ts..,,. leave big tips !!... now that is what i call, calling a spade a spade ...good luck on the queen owner ... most guys will go into a bar to see the Barmaid anyway ... My point exactly, attractiveness is objective, surely, and hopefully not the only requirement needed to manage a bar? I would hate to think that I was fully qualified to manage a bar but was afraid to apply incase I didn't get the job because I obviously wasn't attractive enough for the pervy owner.You have to be more subtle than that proger or you'll never get a woman.Hahahahaha...

Let's make it simple, from my point of view, I do prefer to drink in bars that have attractive and personable staff but if they are attractive but not personable I don't mind, if they get personable but are not attractive I may think twice, if they are neither, I have to take them home, damn vows
