| There is a notice in Turkish from Cafer Yucelgazi stating that he is suing those that bought his properties and have failed to pay their stage payments. They have 30 days to respond to his accusations. I know several Brits have purchased from this particular developer so thought it important that they are aware of this notice. |

| Is he going to sue people he has shafted when he was a partner in CA-SA Construction or Aspire Trading or any of the various other guises he has used? Would have thought that he may find it hard to find an advocate to tepresent him, has had about 5 of late, who may all be waiting to have their accounts settled. Any action he takes could well come backfire if he receives all the counterclaims that his clients could make. |

| its a BIG CON!!!!! All the buyers at Incesu have PAID ALL THEIR STAGED PAYMENTS except the last one when the house is handed over. None of the houses are finished. They have waited 4 years for delivery of their houses. the amount of money he is claiming is for>>>>> wait for it>>>>>>>>>>>> - CEMENT & METAL to build the swimming pool (how do you sell a house with a pool included without cement and metal - TILES AND FITTINGS for the walls and floors - which were also included - then he is charging INTEREST at 10% pa NONE OF THE HOUSES ARE FINISHED, ALL STAGED PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN PAID ITS MORE LIES!!!!!!! LIES!!!!!!!! LIES!!!!!!!!! and he gets away with it!!!! |

| If anyone knows the whereabouts of the purchasers named, please contact them to let them know of the Notices. If they fail to respond, it is likely that judgements will be given in their absence. |

| The people named in this writ are identified ,in a translation of the article, in Cyprus free press. Please if you know them, inform them of this. Molly is correct, a judgement may be taken in their absence which is presumably exactly what the builder is hoping for. If he truly wished to contact the buyers why was this notice not given in English?Surely he knows the contact numbers/e-mails/advocates of all his customers? Wouldn’t all efficient, professional business people have this information? Seems to me just another way of finding loopholes in the system to carryout legal frauds! “I asked them to pay their stage payments, Me Lord, and they failed to pay their final one. The buyers have therefore broke their contracts. The fact that their houses slipped down the mountain side or I had not finished building them, is irrelevant” Some houses bought in 2006. Would you hand over more money? |

| Given the way the legal system works in the TRNC the buyers listed would do well to contact their Advocates to enter a denfence. Having had previous dealings with Cafer one never knows what tricks he is up to. The names listed are George Michael Philips Julie & Leslie Greenside Francis & Denise Ann Madden Alison Rebecca Bagnall If anyone knows these people then it might be worth contacting them to alert them of this action |

| Message 11: it was in the midweek issue of Cyprus Today. One whole page with the 4 names already mentioned and another half page with another 2, sorry can't give names as I have no longer got the paper. |
