parcelization of land

Can anybody tell me please how to do the parcelization of the land. There are 6 houses and we all have our kogans. We do have our dossier number at the land registry but at a standstill. What comes next ?

To the best of my knowledge you have to go to the area office, behind the Hospital in Girne. Take a copy of your contract, passport etc. Ask for your building file number, (green file), at reception, they are very helpful, try to get someone to come down from building control 1st floor. They will check what needs to be done,ie write to Kibtek and Kibris Telephone Co, before they come out and check boundries and confirm properties have been built to, as builder got his building permit for. Any changes to building will cause a issue.
